What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?

Sourcing is the lifeline of recruiting. Without sourcing, there cannot be good candidates to recruit. So, in my opinion, good sourcing skills are critical for a good recruiter.

Do you think one type of sourcing produces better results than another? Which and why?

Internet recruiting is more flexible & comprehensive when compared to telephone sourcing.
