- Sourcing saves recruiters time and money: enabling them to succeed on multiple searches at once and focus on client service instead of research.

- In- house because it builds on the company's database.
- Quick and Dirty - if you had six hours to source 50 Process Engineers in the chem/energy/food/pharma industry what would you do?
