What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?: It brings the lifes blood of recruiting to the process - Candidates

Quick and Dirty - if you had six hours to source 50 Process Engineers in the chem/energy/food/pharma industry what would you do?: Call those I know in this field asking them who they know then check our database, check online communities, check linkedin then call the top 60% of matches, email all asking for help locating a person for this critical role and checking where people are in their job search.

If you had a week?: The same as above, adding posts to the productive niche forums, boards, and user groups and using diffrent search criteria to generate more lists to call
