we don't keep good stats on # of Telephone Sourced Names : Hire. we do track # of sourced candidates, # of submissions, # of sendouts, and phone time (# outbound / inbound calls, etc.)

Marina, if you had to rely in Internet sourced names ONLY - then how many? I'm talking abt the AVERAGE sourcer's find - not the GURU stuff like Shally's.

Absolutely Lisa - I think it may even approach 100-200 names! Maybe that number is softening as the industry softens.
