Difficulty getting into the LIVE chat?

Every class I receive a flurry of panicked phone calls just as class begins: "I can't get into the chat - I see it but it's just a white blank screen! I'm signed in! Help! What do I do?!!" I also receive a few emails for those who use that route - the latest being:

Branding - Do you realize what you've created?

I didn't realize it until relatively recently that all the names sourcing work I've been doing over the last dozen or so years has created a BRAND around the terminology of "names sourcing". I woke up in a startle with this realization early one morning a couple years ago and said to my husband:
