Catch and release is a practice within recreational fishing intended as a technique of conservation. SunMicro is firing and then hiring - an ERE post yesterday reported that SunMicro let all their recruiters and sourcers go and then told them to re-apply (if they still wanted to work there) and that they would be "reconsidered" according to skills. I wonder what the re-hire "terms"will be?
