Dow Near 10,000 - Are You Ready?

I have a theory that I've held for a long time.

The Dow under 10,000 spells gloom; the Dow over 10,000 spells boom.



The Dow first cracked 10,000 on March 30, 1999 and ever since I've noticed a very real connection between boom and bust in my sourcing business.
