It’s deer season here in SW Ohio.

In the last two weeks my husband has killed two deer here on our property and has been the recipient of one more (for harvest) that the hunter didn’t want.

That means for nearly two weeks, on and off, my kitchen table has held the remains of deer parts that get dissected, trimmed and bagged for the freezer(s).

Frustration

One of my “new” sourcers who had worked on three or four jobs sent me this email explaining to me why he did not think he could do telephone names sourcing:

I appreciate all that you have done for me; you have been very kind in trying to get me started on telephone name sourcing. I do not think that I can do it. I offer this explanation since you have been kind and willing to be a mentor.
