How To Tell If Your Sourcer Knows What S/He Is Doing

In a recent MagicMethod seminar we were talking about shortcuts and the subject came up about how one can tell an experienced sourcer from a not-so-experienced sourcer. Speaking from a telephone names sourcing perspective, here are a couple down-and-dirty tricks one can ask to see if the person purporting to be a "telephone sourcer" really is!
