In a recent MagicMethod seminar we were talking about shortcuts and the subject came up about how one can tell an experienced sourcer from a not-so-experienced sourcer. Speaking from a telephone names sourcing perspective, here are a couple down-and-dirty tricks one can ask to see if the person purporting to be a "telephone sourcer" really is!

Every class I receive a flurry of panicked phone calls just as class begins: "I can't get into the chat - I see it but it's just a white blank screen! I'm signed in! Help! What do I do?!!"
