Think of the Gatekeeper as the "Concierge".
Simply "ask" for their help to get to that decision maker.
1. Brutal honesty
2. Use humor
3. Ask a technical question
4. "They're expecting my call."

Many of the insurance companies seem to be collecting telephone #s. We only have cell phones. Is it safe to give our Medical Insurance company our cells.
