MagicMethod Phone Sourcing / AcquiSourcing / EnSORCEling
Phone sourcing is the quiet creeping about.

One contributor, Krista Bradford stated, in the string;
“Last, while basic research techniques can be taught (yawn), finely tuned critical thinking as well as analysis that converts research into…

There's rumble in the (recruiting) jungle about LinkedIn.
It's a fact recruiters were a major part of building LinkedIn into the powerhouse it is today.

A Phone Sourcer’s Advice (as given on Friday, March 18, 2011 in #HFChat on Twitter; held every Friday at noon ET)
How to get to the front of the line in your job search? CALL. Very few others are.

I'm reformatting and re-editing the MagicMethod course. Here's one of the lessons out of Module III. I didn't change this lesson much because in the six years MagicMethod has been in circulation I still think this is good advice!
What do you think?
There seems to be some confusion on the part of newbie sourcers when they arrive on-site (or offsite) to work for HR organizations as to where their sourcing jobs end.
I don’t know if it’s because they’ve…
