Do you have a product you'd like to promote to the sourcing/recruiting industry? What is it?

I am available for contracting and subcontracting of services. $25 per hour. I also have many current, verified lists of the sales reps for major US geographic territories including contact info (telephone and most emails) for 50 of the top medical device companies available for purchase. $50 per list.

What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?

I think it brings a level of certainty to recruiters that they will be able to deliver experienced, qualified candidates to their clients.

Do you think one type of sourcing produces better results than another? Which and why?

Telephone - most accurate and up-to-date

Quick and Dirty - if you had six hours to source 50 Process Engineers in the chem/energy/food/pharma industry what would you do?

Go to LinkedIn and collect a list of names; get contact info by calling their companies

If you had a week?

Research to companies in the fields; search out candidates by job title on Jigsaw; verify their current positions on LinkedIn; call their offices to verify their contact info

Where do you learn about name sourcing?

I worked as a subcontractor to another Virtual Assistant who was doing it.
