3 years - but have been in healthcare many, many years!

PunkRockHR.com; Lou Adler; and my fav, Bill Caskey - I believe in his "way" .

Do you have a product you'd like to promote to the sourcing/recruiting industry? What is it?

No...no products. Just want to be around other like-minded individuals. I am the only recruiter in my company so I do quit a bit of self-education. I am the one who started the company on the social media campaign and am always looking for additional info/resources.

What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?

Would love it if we had more resources to dedicate to it.
