- What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?
- Sourcing is the "blood" of the recruiting process. What you put in is what you get out. I think much of the value is lost. Very often the information gathered through sourcing can be used for competitive intelligence both within recruiting and can be an asset for the business.
- Do you think one type of sourcing produces better results than another? Which and why?
- I think a good sourcing strategy uses several venues to compliment each other.
