You can't talk to the right people if you don't know who they are and where to find them.

Do you think one type of sourcing produces better results than another? Which and why?

Phone sourcing is, in the right hands, more accurate and quicker.

Quick and Dirty - if you had six hours to source 50 Process Engineers in the chem/energy/food/pharma industry what would you do?

start in my database for companies and people, do an hour on Hoovers, OneSource, LinkedIn and Jigsaw, then the rest of the time calling particular companies
