What trainers/resources/books have you found valuable to your career?: Radin/Finkel/Robbins/Ziglar

What do you think sourcing brings to the recruiting process?: I think sourcing is the most important component in the process. If you've identified the right candidate, the balance of the process is easy as long as the recruiter knows how to recruit and the manager knows how to hire. Unfortunately, there are too many recruiters and managers lacking skills in those areas.

Do you think one type of sourcing produces better results than another? Which and why?: No, both have their independant value on an assignment

Quick and Dirty - if you had six hours to source 50 Process Engineers in the chem/energy/food/pharma industry what would you do?: ID source companies, low hanging fruit, drill into the ones with the greatest numbers

If you had a week?: ID source companies, low hanging fruit, drill into the ones with the greatest numbers
