I'd like to introduce myself to you. My name is Denyse Rattan Diem and I recently moved to Dallas, TX from Port Charlotte, FL (was in Boston, MA, and Montclair, NJ before that). I'm extremely interested in finding out more about the field of sourcing. My prior background was in HR in Executive Develoment many moons ago (w/Merrill Lynch). But since then, i changed career paths and started my own art businesses, etc. At this point, I have the bug to get into sourcing (virtually) part time to start. Would you be able to tell me a little about how and why you got into the field and what you would consider to be the best training for sourcing. SInce my husband's job takes us to some many destinations, I want to be able to take my work with me and work virtually. Many thanks in advance and I hope we can meet in real life at some point!
