Here's how the "show" will work:
A company agrees to offer a job that has never been worked by any third party. (This means a job is new or has only been worked (recruited for) internally by the company.)
On a prescribed day of the month a live representative of the hiring company will describe the open position and what the parameters for hiring are including what fee will be paid to the successful recruiter who places the hire.
This will occur via a live telephone call - it may happen on BlogTalkRadio in the form of a radio show.
Questions may be asked live of the hiring manager or company representative.
If you’re a really good recruiter at this point you’ll recognize if you are not getting the right answers (or enough information) and you’ll recuse yourself from participating further in this particular search.

After, there will be a Question Board placed (at some site to be chosen) upon which participants may ask additional questions about the search as the search progresses. All answers will be posted there (unless privacy issues intrude and then the company representative may be emailed).
You as a willing "participant" will have THREE DAYS to "bring it" meaning you will have 72 hours to source, contact and procure resumes (or interested party profiles) for the position. A maximum of three can be presented by each participant.
Three days from that point the company representative will announce who the final contestants are. Moving from participant status to "contestant" status means you will have SEVEN MORE DAYS to bring additional resumes.
At this point the job will be considered "closed" to further submissions and the company representative will begin the interviewing process. At the end of 30 days the "winner" will be announced if in fact one of the contestants candidates is hired.
There is no guarantee or obligation on the part of the hiring company to hire any of the submissions if the company deems the candidates undesirable. This is the chance you take as a recruiter/sourcer in all contingency searches.
Fees will be paid according to normal contingency contract terms. The contingency fee contract that will be in effect for the search will be posted.
All companies participating as the hiring party must agree to the terms of the contingency contract before any search will be offered.
At the end of the hiring period the winning contestant and the company participant will be obligated to appear on an After-Show to describe the process used during the search and to answer call-in questions from the audience.
