As General Manager of the existing network and looking at our planned expansion, I am exploring the best of breed solutions for data mining, CRM, CV and job order parsing etc – complete solutions for bringing our technology inline with current offerings which will increase productivity, efficiency and subsequent improvement of consultant billings either directly or via inter office referrals (IORs). A package that we would endorse for new recruitment franchisees to take on board…..
I am open to look at solutions to be implemented in each individual office, for a centralised offering to be “shared” by all, and/or hosted application. The door really is open as long as we find the best the recruitment industry is currently offering.
