We have an exclusive contract with a company that has a need for Attorneys and Sales Acct Mgrs. We currently have over 5k leads and need 60 deals in 60 days.
Pay is $500 when an Attorney accepts 10 cases or when a Sales person is on board for 90 days. Yes, this is a unique pay structure and is outside the norm. However, it's real work with real pay in these tough times.
Why mention pay now? We don't want to waste your time or ours as these are the terms, period.
Here is what we are looking for:
Phone Sourcers with strong Recruitment acumen.
Recruiters with strong Phone Sourcing acumen.
Excellent phone skills with utmost professional demeanor.
Dedicated virtual office with Excel and internet connection.
Ability to track detailed chronological records.
Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Attorneys as well as Real Estate/Mortgage background.
What we are NOT looking for:
Hourly, split fee or other compensation negotiation.
Pure Sourcing, Name Generation or other data capture services.
So why ask for Phone Sourcers? This role is 100% phones and the "Columbo" approach many Phone Sourcers use is ideal.
